1. Return is accepted within 30 days of the receipt, and must have Return Authorization number(RA#). 
2. To start a return process, you must email us at info@dartcollection.com within 30 days of receipt, and we will give you Return Authorization number (RA#). Please put this RA # on the original packaging. All return process and communication must be done through email.
3. You are responsible for any shipping charges of the return. All returns must have tracking #.
4. The original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it was caused by our error, determined at our discretion.
5. Item(s) returned must be in original shipping packaging, in the good sell-able condition, and received in our warehouse within 30 days after your initial email notifying us about the return.
6. Refund will be issued within 5-7 business days once the item is received by us, and clarified that there is no damage, in new condition, at our discretion.
7. There is no refund for unauthorized return (return without RA#) or for return that is not in original packaging. All returns that do not follow our guidelines will be belong to us and will be disposed of. 
8. We are not responsible for damages or lost in transit back to us.
9. There is no refund for Rush or Express Shipping.

We do not warrant that product descriptions/images are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product/color/image is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Please refer to our return policy.
